Studio Biri is a spacious and bright studio apartment with a small equipped kitchen in the Cannaregio district, between Fondamenta Nuove and Rialto, located on the third floor overlooking a typical Venetian field.
Guests have access to a double bed and two single sofa beds, a living area with table, a space for cooking with two electric plates that you will find supplied with basic foods (salt, oil, sugar, coffee, tea, spices) and equipped with a kettle and microwave.
Towels and cotton sheets provided. Bathroom with bathtub.

Books

Books as ways of meeting and exchanging, books to learn and books to leave behind. Books that can mark a turning point in life and others that simply point a way and guide us. After about 15 years as a bookseller, I decided to change and dedicate the sense of host activity to books. In this way, in the wake of the airbnb already active for some years, a different idea of cultural hospitality was born, which can be ethical, didactic and respectful. Of the city, the inhabitants and the guests themselves. In the space on the ground floor of the entrance to the apartment, the disused shelves of the Marco Polo Bookshop have been placed and various types of books on them: illustrated, art, in foreign languages, books on the sharing economy and books on Venice. A shelf is entirely dedicated to book crossing and guests can take and leave whatever they want. In the same entrance there is a space to leave luggage in storage until departure and a relaxation area. In the apartment a shelving of selected books both to get to know Venice better, and simply to relax with a good read after visiting the city

Venice is not only a tourist and spectacular city, it still remains a Venice with an ancient heart and soul, full of humanity of small and large sustainable projects and of citizens who live it intensely.
This is the Venice that we propose you to discover with us and through us.
